Shooting Stalls
Each stall measures 6 ft. high by 2 ft. 2 in. wide by 2 in. thick and weighs approximately 200 pounds. They are constructed with multiple layers of steel, plywood and a single air chamber with fire rated carpet exterior sides and then a 2 in. stainless steel channel is pressed on to enclose the assembly on all sides. Each completed stall is then mounted with lag bolts to the floor on the base-mounting rail. The top of each stall is bolted to a C- channel, which extends across range, wall to wall and is also lagged/welded in place (depending on building configuration). This construction makes a rugged foundation from which the remaining system is assembled.
